Where are you located?

We are located inside the Alchemy Wellness Center in Sanford - 2515 Watson Ave, Suite 110, Sanford, NC. On the corner of Trade St and Watson Ave. If you are looking at the building from Watson Ave you can enter the door on the left side and walk straight into the spa. Otherwise, you can walk in the main entrance and check out our boutique!

What if I need an appointment other than the open hours?

We are here to accommodate you and will do what we can to make this happen. Please send us a request via our form or contact page and let us know the times/dates interested in. We will reply in 24 hours to let you know what we can do!

What if I am not sure which facial or style of lash extensions I want?

That’s ok! We’re here to help! We start off the appointment with a consultation to understand what you are looking for and assessment of your skin and/or lashes. From here we can provide recommendations to offer the best service to you.

What if I can’t make my appointment?

Pleases see our cancellation policy, as we do understand things come up. However, we do ask for a 24-hour notice. If you cancel within the 24 hours of the appointment time, we will need to charge an administrative fee of up to 50% of the service price. If you are running late, please let us know. If' it’s more than 15 minutes, we may have to reschedule if there is another appointment after yours.
